Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Astrotific.store. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item(s), we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within [30] days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
The item(s) must be in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons, including:

Bracelets that have been worn or altered.
Custom or personalized items.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at email with your order details and the reason for the return. Our team will provide instructions on how to return the item.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be credited in 7-10 days  to your original payment method.

It may take several business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
